Pets: Allowed only if they are guide dogs or emotional companion pets with the corresponding certificate issued by a doctor. If it is a pet, only small dogs no larger than the size of a Fox Terrier will be accepted. Additionally, the client must keep the pet in their arms at all times, in common areas.
As an additional measure, the guest will be requested to leave a credit card for free use, in case the pet causes any damage to the furniture or anything else.
Smoking: In consideration of the Tobacco Law No. 20.660 of the State of Chile and our internal policies, all rooms and public spaces are 100% smoke-free. If a guest violates this a $150 cleaning fee will be charged.000 CLP to all guests who violate the smoking policy.
In addition, smoking will only be allowed in duly identified outdoor areas.
Taxes: Chilean Guests and Resident Foreigners are subject to a 19% tax (VAT.) which is added to the value indicated in your reservation confirmation if it is not specified. The 19% tax exemption only applies to foreign guests not resident in Chile, who prove such condition by presenting the country's entry card and paying their account in USD or international credit card. It is NOT valid for invoices to companies.

Política de cancelación y anulación:
El hotel dispone de diferentes condiciones de cancelación, dependiendo de la tarifa o las fechas de la reserva.
- No show: En caso de la no presentación del huésped sin previo aviso anterior a 72 horas del check-in, en todos los casos se cobrará el 100% de la primera noche como penalidad.
- Salida anticipada: En caso de que el huésped se retire del hotel antes de lo previsto, este deberá cancelar el 100% de la siguiente noche, como penalidad, acorde a cada caso.
- Cancelación: En caso de que la cancelación de la reserva sea después de las 72 horas antes de la llegada (3 días antes), en todos los casos, deberá cancelar el 100% de la primera noche como penalidad.
- Re agendar: A su vez, si el cliente realiza la cancelación de su estadía dentro del plazo de 72 hrs., pero prefiere re agendar su estadía, se respetará el valor pagado como parte de la nueva reserva.
**Para cancelaciones fuera de plazo en casos especiales o de carácter urgente serán evaluados para evitar el cobro correspondiente.
