Ven a disfrutar nuestras variadas preparaciones de trucha fresca El restaurant Trucha’s es una propuesta gastronómica de truchas orgánicas —libres de antibióticos y químicos— que cultivamos en una antigua piscicultura artesanal a un costado del restaurant. La trucha la sacamos directamente del agua a la mesa, para ser disfrutada en la variedad de nuestras recetas. El entorno de naturaleza que rodea al restaurant y la vista a la laguna del Fundo Los Chilcos permite una experiencia gastronómica sana, cálida y familiar.

Come and enjoy our varied preparations of fresh trout

The Trucha's restaurant is a gastronomic proposal of organic trout —free of antibiotics and chemicals— that we cultivate in an old artisanal fish farm next to the restaurant. We take the trout directly from the water to the table, to be enjoyed in the variety of our recipes. The natural environment that surrounds the restaurant and the view of the Fundo Los Chilcos lagoon allows for a healthy, warm and familiar gastronomic experience.

Our mission is to offer families and vacationers in the Lake Ranco basin a healthy and top-quality gastronomic alternative, based on fresh products from Fundo Los Chilcos. At Trucha's you will find a variety of fresh trout preparations, including our classic grilled trout accompanied by organic vegetables from our garden, fresh trout ceviche or our smoked trout salad with organic vegetables from Huerto Los Chilcos.

SCHEDULES:

December 2022, open Saturday and Sunday from 1:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

January 2023 from February 2 - 28, 2023, open from Monday to Sunday from 1:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.

Location: km 26.5 of the T75 route that connects La Unión with Puerto Nuevo.
