Our domes are inserted in a natural terrain of temperate forest 2 km from El Arenal beach and at the foot of Cerro Illi, surrounded by abundant native vegetation and typical birds of southern Chile.

They have capacity for up to 4 people, with an interior surface of 54 m2 spread over two floors.

First floor: double bedroom, private bathroom with shower, living room, kitchen and dining room in common space

Loft: two single beds.

We have trundle beds that allow us flexibility in capacity and to also receive two children under 12 years of age for a maximum of 6 people per dome.

Políticas de devolución

- Para cancelar una reserva confirmada en temporada baja se debe informar antes de 48 horas a la fecha reservada, se devolverá el cien por ciento (100%) del valor abonado. - Para cancelar una reserva confirmada para temporada alta se debe informar antes de 7 días de la fecha reservada, se devolverá el 80% del valor abonado. - Si cancela 20 días antes de la fecha reservada se devolverá el 100% del valor abonado. - No se devolverá el dinero de la reserva en caso de estar fuera de los plazos señalados en los puntos anteriores o si la reserva se realizó aplicando algún descuento o promoción especial. - Para anulaciones de reserva en el caso que sea afectado por problemas de desplazamiento o de salud producto de la pandemia, con fecha igual o anterior al último anuncio de cambio de fase en plan paso a paso, se devolverá el 100% del valor abonado
